The recently redesigned 2025 Kia EV6 has a lot going for it: an unmistakable design, excellent range, ample space, and some of the quickest charging speeds in the business. Let's explore this model a bit by looking at it through its trim levels. Light RWD The base Light RWD's 237 miles of range and 167 horsepower come courtesy of a 64-kWh pack and a single electric motor mounted on the rear wheel. As mentioned, charging speeds here are among the best in the EV world. A suitable DC fast charger can add roughly 166 miles in just 20 minutes, while the onboard charger takes about four and a half hours to add the same range. The interior is ready to impress, too. Standard features include a mix of cloth and leatherette upholstery, heated front seats, a pair of 12.3-inch screens with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, USB ports in both rows, a six-speaker stereo, and pre-cabin ventilation. more Light Long Range RWD This model's name says it all. It packs a larger 84-kWh battery that delivers more range (319 miles), more power (225 horsepower), a full second quicker 0-60 time, and some towing muscle (up to 2,700 pounds). Light Long Range AWD To turn the Light Long Range RWD into the Light Long Range AWD, Kia added a second electric motor up front. This upgrade brings all-season capability and a substantial performance boost. Power jumps by 95 horsepower, torque climbs by 188 lb-ft, and the 0-60 time drops by nearly two seconds. Meanwhile, range dips slightly to 295 miles, but that's a small tradeoff for everything you gain. Wind RWD All Wind models get the long-range battery as standard, but what really sets them apart are the extra comfort and tech features. Highlights here include full leatherette seats with heating, ventilation, power adjustability, and memory settings up front, plus a power liftgate, 360-degree view monitor, Highway Driving Assist 2, and side parking sensors. GT-Line RWD The GT-Line RWD is the looker of the group. It features GT-Line-specific body styling, front and center daytime running lights, a wide sunroof, a flat-bottom steering wheel, alloy sport pedals, and a console with a specially designed pattern. Comfort-wise, it's pretty well stocked. You get things like a head-up display, a 14-speaker Meridian premium sound system, a smartphone-as-a-key feature, and a power-adjustable steering column. Wind AWD This model offers the best of both worlds: the Wind's comfort and the extra performance that comes with all-wheel drive. GT-Line AWD The top-ranging GT-Line AWD builds on the GT-Line RWD's formula, adding all-wheel drive (and with it, more power), larger wheels, wider tires, and a heated steering wheel.
